Karen is a highly experienced senior financial services leader with a proven track of bringing order to chaos – a key reason she was chosen to help lead a Fortune 100 company agile transformation in 2018. In the agile space, she combines a PhD in Leadership Studies (coaching focus) with the experience of leading two agile transformations and delivering lean portfolio management (USAA and Fiserv). Karen is well versed in agile (SAFe 6 SPC, ICAgile Certified Coaching Expert, ICAgile Certified Agile Team Facilitation certifications), process improvement (Six Sigma Master Certification from Villanova) and portfolio/program management expertise (Certified Program Management, Certified Portfolio Management) . Key strengths include driving profitable brand growth and training/coaching cross functional teams to deliver results via agile principles and methodologies. Karen is a coach/trainer with Engaged Agility, a partner of ACI.
