David Fuller

Bio

David is a visionary that has an eclectic leadership background spanning people, process and technology. As an Air Force Personnel Officer,

he oversaw the development of HR web applications and expert systems, was Chief, Education and Training for B2 program and an ROTC

instructor at UofO. He was the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for the Army Medical Research Material Command

and a Vice President of Business Excellence at Bio Bridge Global. He was also Baldrige Examiner.

David supported the Dept. of Veteran Affairs where he mapped out business and IT processes for the VA in Austin IT Center and was

Chief of Data Analytics for the Financial Services Center. With his bredth of experience and philosophical thinking, David seeks to encourage organizations to align

human motivation and development along with process and technology improvements to its purpose and strategy.
