Kristina has 17+years implementing, leading, designing and coaching cultural transformations. She has experience in everything from Agile Principles based Coaching to DevSecOps to Strategic Leadership. She’s worked in various industries such as Oil and Gas, AI, Vacation and Transportation, Retail, and Financial Services. Her scaled journey began in 2014 with SAFe.

Kristina believes that every company is unique and requires a tailored approach to an Agile transformation. That’s why she is skilled in a variety of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps and more, to help organizations find the best fit for their needs. Kristina believes the human impact of change, helps to explore how to create systems for people vs systems for other systems.
