I’m Revolution, a seasoned professional who has left an indelible imprint on every organization I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I specialize in assisting organizations in creating a culture of innovation while fostering team happiness, fulfillment, and engagement as a SAFe SPCT and Executive Coach.

My professional path has been extraordinary, beginning as a Developer and progressing to the position of Partner. I’ve traveled extensively while implementing digital transformations and training teams on Innovation, Digital Transformation, Agility, and Scaling Agile.

My ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and relish difficult circumstances is one of my distinguishing characteristics. I’m not afraid to face difficult questions or complex problems head-on. I am a firm believer in leveraging the power of digital technologies to drive positive and long-term change within organizations, allowing them to foster an environment that encourages innovation and increases team satisfaction.

I use a variety of methodologies in my toolbox, including Resilience Engineering, DevOps, Coaching, Agile at Scale, Training, and Mindset. These tools enable me to facilitate transformation and help individuals and teams reach their full potential.
